At Glow Studios we know that choosing the right invitation is a very important decision. After all this is the first insight your guests will have to the style & tone of your wedding or special event. The choices that have been made available to couples today are extensive & personally designed invitations can add up to be rather expensive.

We offer many invitation styles to suit both high & low budget events, & we continue to grow our selection of pre-designed couture stationery at very affordable prices. We strive to avoid mass production & are dedicated to updating our designs regularly to maintain originality, with no compromise on quality.

We always try to remain flexible by providing custom design formats, or design variations. A design variation may involve any detail alteration, substitute, addition or deletion of any of our existing designs. This may include card shape, design layout, cardstock, cover texts, specialty papers, fabric, ribbon (colour, size, or application), trims, crystals (colour) or other embellishment. At Glow Studios, we will work with you to create a unique design that reflects your individual style, & furthermore, if prices affect your choices, we can also make changes to work within a set budget.

Insert Pages for Folded Invitations

Invitations are supplied fully printed inside the card standard at no extra cost. Separate insert pages are optional & available upon request. Insert papers on offer include either sheer white vellum $1ea, pearl white vellum $1.30ea, or matching paper stock $1.10ea, all to compliment any folded design within our range. Inserts create a softer, more elegant finish. Shown below are samples of invitation inners, with & without separate inserts. The choice is yours.

Reception Menu's

Beautiful menu's are a great way to decorate your tables & ensure your theme is carried throughout your magical day. We offer two menu styles, Table Menu Cards & Per Person Menu's.

Tall folded Table Menu Cards are placed at the centre of your reception table with only 1 to 4 menu's required per table of 8-10 guests. Pictured below, Table Menu's are embellished to match your invitation & supplied fully printed to include the menu inside the card. Table Menu's with minimal text are printed on one side only. Per Person Menu's are provided for each individual guest & offered in either Standard or Deluxe formats. Standard Menu's are printed onto matching quality cardstock priced at just $2.50 each, Deluxe Menu's are decorated to match your invitation & also doubles as a place setting to include the printing of each guest name from $7 each.

Order Of Service Covers

A ceremony program is a comprehensive "sequence of events" for your guests to follow. Although we don't print or supply the inserts, we offer a choice of two cover styles to compliment your invitation. Standard Service Covers are understated with printing on high quality matching cardstock & priced at $3.50 each. Deluxe Service Covers are a more elaborate booklet styled to match your invitation & includes ribbon for your own easy insertion of printed inserts, priced from $6 each. Approx. 14.8 x 21cm.

Placecards

Placecards will not only decorate & carry your theme, but also inform your guests of the seating arrangements. Placecards are personalised with each individual guest name complimentary. With three styles available to suit any budget, it's the little details that go into creating amazing memories.

Standard Placecards are simply printed onto matching quality cardstock at $2 each, with Feature Placecards to include the feature paper from your invitation at $3.50 each. High impact Deluxe Placecards are decorated to compliment the invitation at $5 each, which may include feature paper, ribbon, lace or embellishment.

RSVP/Reply Cards

With an RSVP Card included with the invitation, now there's no excuse for guests not to respond. Acceptance cards are available in three formats: 1. A single sided card with a matching self addressed 11B envelope priced at $3.50 each. 2. A dual side square Postcard with your return address on the reverse at $2 each. 3. A single sided C6 Postcard at just $1.50 each. Your guest can simply drop their reply in the mail.

Two styles available personalised with guest names, & both priced to include a matching C6 envelope. Standard StD's are simply printed onto matching quality cardstock at $4 each, & Deluxe StD's are decorated to compliment the invitation from $5 each which may include feature paper, ribbon, lace or embellishment. Personalised Thankyou cards are a thoughtful way to thank your guests following the big day. We can print them or leave the card completely blank for you to hand write your messages. Two styles available, both to include guest names & a matching envelope. The Standard Thankyou is printed onto matching quality cardstock priced at $4 each, & the Deluxe Thankyou Card is keeping with the theme of your invitation priced from $5 each. Mini folded Invitations double as Thankyou Cards, great for inserting a photo. We can also address each envelope for $1 extra.

Bomboniere Cake & Chocolate Boxes

Small white boxes used for Cake or Chocolate & given to guests at the wedding as bomboniere. Each box is decorated to match your invitation at $4.00ea & may include an optional name plaque as pictured below for $0.50cents extra. Each box measures 115mm wide x 70mm long x 50mm deep. Also available are base trays which hold four chocolates, & ordered separately at $0.50cents each.

Bomboniere Cards

Attach Bomboniere Cards to your gifts or favours for a personalised touch. Available in two styles to match your invitations & priced at $1 each, all are printed on one side to include your names & wedding date. The Swing Tags are simply understated tags, & the larger square Name Tags allow you to include a thankyou message or verse. We can even add the first name of your guest to Name Tags which doubles as a place setting for just $0.50 cents extra.

Glass Stem Tag + Tie

To create understated place settings, carefully tie the ribbon around the stems of champaigne glasses at your reception. Printed with the first name of each guest & to include the ribbon for $2.50 each, or add a surname for $0.50 cents extra. Table Cards

Designed to stand alone in the middle of tables at your reception, & each individually named or numbered to assist guests with seating. We offer two double sided styles to compliment the invitation, either flat to insert into a display holder or a free standing A-frame, & to include your names & wedding date. The Standard Table Card is simply printed onto quality matching cardstock at $4 each. The Deluxe Table Card is decorated to match your invitation & priced from $7 each.

Envelope Labels

As an optional extra we can supply printed address labels for your Invitations, Thankyou Cards & Save-the-Date Cards. All fully printed & applied to the envelopes for you at just $1 each. No need for you to write them!

Extra Ribbon

We can supply you with extra satin ribbon for your matching accessories. The ribbon colour is matched to your invitation design & supplied by the roll. Paper and Cardstock

Our beautiful designer papers include those of well known Australian designers, as well as hand-made & machine milled papers from locations worldwide. Our papers reach across a diverse colour palette that reflect current design trends. Defined by decorative patterns, rich textures & lush metallics, with daring graphic prints, oriental inspired patterns, decorative floral motifs, elegant Victorian lacework, & bold playful spots or stripes. We use only quality cardstock for the base of all stationery products.

Is it Affordable?

"Is it affordable?" you ask... Absolutely!  At Glow Studios we cater for most budgets. And if stationery is not high on your list of priorities then the basics are all you need. All the same, why would you settle for something average when you can afford something absolutely stunning!

Your invitation is undoubtedly the largest outlay of all your stationery items, keeping in mind this is after all the official announcement of your special day, so even if it is just invitations that you want, you really do want to create an impact & excite your guests.

The basic, most popular items would include Invitations, Reply cards, Wishing Well cards, & Placecards, then there are what we call the "luxury items" such as Order of Service, Menu, Table cards, Thankyou & Bomboniere cards. We also offer Thankyou cards in two different styles for many designs. They are both priced accordingly, one for the more extravagant occasion & the other for a more casual affair.
